Duel Commander is the EDH competitive 1v1 variant of Magic: The Gathering’s Commander format. Unlike multiplayer EDH with 40 life, Duel Commander features 20 starting life, a curated banlist for two-player balance, and tournament-optimized gameplay. Players build 100-card singleton decks led by legendary commanders, competing in fast-paced strategic duels.
