CoolStuffCon Dallas is a FREE event that offers an immersive weekend dedicated to celebrating trading card games! In addition to regular TCG activities like playing in events, buying and selling cards, and casual play—attendees can enjoy cosplay, appearances by special guests and artists, exclusive merchandise, and other unique convention-only events.

CoolStuffCon Dallas is set to take place from May 15th to 17th, 2026.

CoolStuffCon Dallas will take place at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, located at 300 Reunion Boulevard Dallas, Texas 75207. The Hyatt Regency Dallas is renowned for hosting a diverse range of captivating events, from live concerts and sports spectacles to festivals and entertainment. What unfolds in Dallas promises a remarkable experience you’ll carry with you!

Hall Hours

Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

CoolStuffCon Dallas is located on the Exhibition Level in Marsalis Hall, near the Reunion Tower elevators.

Parking at the event is discounted to $8 daily, a sticker will be handed out by badge pick that will have to be placed on the parking ticket for the discount. Overnight parking is $10 a night, per car and is applied to the hotel reservation.

WiFi will not be provided at the event.

If you become separated from your group, please locate the nearest CoolStuffCon staff member for assistance. Please note that the public address system cannot be used to make announcements for lost or separated attendees, so we strongly recommend arranging a meeting time and location with your group in advance.

Lost and Found is located at the Judge station. Please check there for any misplaced items.

To recover lost items after the event, contact CoolStuffInc Customer Support with a clear description of the missing items.

In the event that you sustain an injury at CoolStuffCon Dallas, reach out to the CoolStuffCon staff and we’ll promptly provide the necessary assistance.

CoolStuffCon Dallas enforces a strict prohibition on hate symbols, including those incorporated into cosplay. Costumes that bear hate symbols or evoke the symbolism of hate groups, even in historical, satirical, or comic-related contexts, are not allowed at the event.

Pending approval by on-site staff, the following items may be permissible:

• Lightweight plastic and metal shields
• Lightweight plastic/PVC props
• Prop bows, provided arrows possess soft foam or cardboard tips and the bow is de-strung. Our team will de-string bows if necessary.

Any of the above items considered unsafe by CoolStuffCon Dallas Staff will be denied entry.

Full-coverage face masks are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to exercise sole discretion on matters that may affect public safety or the event’s integrity.

Functional props or weapons are not permitted at CoolStuffCon Dallas. Simulated or costume weapons might be allowed, subject to prior staff approval. Bag checks will be conducted upon entry, and prop weapons will be tagged as needed. Full-coverage face masks are not permitted.

We kindly request that you make your badge choices thoughtfully. Once acquired, CoolStuffCon Dallas badges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Furthermore, badges cannot be replicated or resold. Upgrade packages may be available on-site while supplies last.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please leave your furry companions at home. CoolStuffCon Dallas only permits the presence of service animals.

If you experience or witness harassment of any kind, please notify a CoolStuffCon staff member immediately so we can assist you. CoolStuffCon staff will respond promptly and take appropriate action as necessary, which may include expulsion from the event without a refund. This policy applies to all participants, including exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, and staff.

The Commander badge gives you access to a dedicated Command Zone area within the event where special Commander gameplay and related activities take place, including the Creator Clashes. It’s a vibrant space for Commander enthusiasts to meet, interact, and enjoy games.

Head to the Event Signup station inside the hall to register for events at CoolStuffCon Dallas.

Look for the Looking For A Game sign next to the Creator Clash area to find other players and join games.

Event Vouchers are for event entry and grant access to those events with no charge. However, Constructed Pod Entry Vouchers do not include sealed or limited format events.

Mystery Playmat Prize Vouchers can be exchanged at the Prize Wall for a FREE playmat of your choosing from an exclusive selection.

Constructed refers to Magic: The Gathering formats where you build your deck using your own collection of cards before the event.

Outside the hall, before you enter CoolStuffCon Dallas, our registration staff will be happy to assist you.

Event preregistration is only available for Regional Championship Qualifiers and the cEDH 5k event. All other events are available to sign up for on a first-come-first-served basis the day of the event at the Event Signup station inside the hall during operating hours.

CoolStuffCon is a FREE event and does not require a badge.

All individuals aged 6 and above must secure a badge to have access to the Command Zone. Children under the age of 6 can accompany a paying adult badge holder at no additional cost.

The Commander badge gives you access to a dedicated Command Zone area within the event where special Commander gameplay and related activities take place, including the Creator Clashes. It’s a vibrant space for Commander enthusiasts to meet, interact, and enjoy games.

It’s important to note that all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
