CoolStuffCon Orlando is a free event that offers an immersive weekend dedicated to celebrating trading card games! In addition to regular activities like playing in TCG events, buying and selling cards, and casual play — attendees can enjoy cosplay, special guest and artist appearances, exclusive merchandise, and other unique convention-only events.

CoolStuffCon Orlando is set to take place from October 30th to November 1st, 2026.

CoolStuffCon Orlando will take place at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, the home of a variety of happenings from live music, sporting events, festivals, and more.

CoolStuffCon Orlando will take place inside the Windermere Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency hotel.

CoolStuffCon and its organizers will not be providing Wifi for this event, free or otherwise.

All Hyatt Regency locations do provide free Wifi in public areas such as the lobby, any lounges, and on-site restaurants. Visitors relying on this Wifi may experience delays or interruptions that CoolStuffCon staff cannot control.

To get online:

• In your Wifi Settings on your device, look for “Hyatt Guest” or “Hyatt Regency” and select it
• A ‘Captive Portal’ will open where you can choose to use as a guest or enter your room number. There is also a paid option that offers premium speeds.

Please remember that this is an open network and CoolStuffInc is not responsible for any issues or concerns related to its use.

If you become separated from your group, please locate the nearest CoolStuffCon staff member for assistance. Please note that the public address system cannot be used to make announcements for lost or separated attendees, so we strongly recommend arranging a meeting time and location with your group in advance.

Lost and Found is located at the Judge station. Please check there for any misplaced items.

To recover lost items after the event, contact CoolStuffInc Customer Support with a clear description of the missing items.

In the event that you sustain an injury at CoolStuffCon Orlando, immediately call 911 for any emergencies before notifying CoolStuffCon staff.

If you sustain an injury that is non-emergent, approach the nearest member of CoolStuffCon staff for prompt, considerate assistance.

CoolStuffCon Orlando enforces a strict prohibition on hate symbols, including those incorporated into cosplay. Costumes that bear hate symbols or evoke the symbolism of hate groups, even in historical, satirical, or comic-related contexts, are not allowed at the event.

Pending approval by on-site staff, the following items may be permissible:

• Lightweight plastic and metal shields
• Lightweight plastic/PVC props
• Prop bows, provided arrows possess soft foam or cardboard tips and the bow is de-strung. Our team will de-string bows if necessary.

Any of the above items considered unsafe by CoolStuffCon Dallas Staff will be denied entry.

Full-coverage face masks are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to exercise sole discretion on matters that may affect public safety or the event’s integrity.

Functional props or weapons are not permitted at CoolStuffCon Orlando. Simulated or costume weapons might be allowed, subject to prior staff approval. Bag checks will be conducted upon entry, and prop weapons will be tagged as needed. Full-coverage face masks are not permitted.

We kindly request that you make your badge choices thoughtfully. Once acquired, CoolStuffCon Orlando badges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Furthermore, badges cannot be replicated or resold. Upgrade packages may be available on-site while supplies last.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please leave your furry companions at home. CoolStuffCon Orlando only permits the presence of service animals.

If you experience or witness harassment of any kind, please notify a CoolStuffCon staff member immediately so we can assist you. CoolStuffCon staff will respond promptly and take appropriate action as necessary, which may include expulsion from the event without a refund. This policy applies to all participants, including exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, and staff.

Children under the age of 6 may attend CoolStuffCon at no additional cost. All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Head to the Event Signup station inside the hall to register for events at CoolStuffCon Orlando.

Look for the Looking For A Game sign next to the Creator Clash area to find other players and join games.

Event Vouchers are for event entry and grant access to those events with no charge. However, Constructed Pod Entry Vouchers do not include sealed or limited format events.

Mystery Playmat Prize Vouchers can be exchanged at the Prize Wall for a FREE playmat of your choosing from an exclusive selection.

Constructed refers to Magic: The Gathering formats where you build your deck using your own collection of cards before the event.

CoolStuffCon is a FREE event and does not require a badge. However, you can enhance your experience with a Commander Badge.

Outside the hall, before you enter CoolStuffCon Orlando, our registration staff will be happy to assist you.

Event preregistration is only available for select events. All other events are available to sign up for on a first-come-first-served basis the day of the event at the Event Signup station inside the hall during operating hours.
