The CommandFest badge gives you access to a dedicated Command Zone area within the event where special Commander gameplay and related activities take place, including the Creator Clashes. It’s a vibrant space for Commander enthusiasts to meet, interact, and enjoy games.

In the event that you sustain an injury at CoolStuffCon Orlando, reach out to the CoolStuffCon staff and we’ll promptly provide the necessary assistance.

Should anyone engage in behavior that constitutes harassment, tthe CoolStuffCon Orlando Staff will respond swiftly, taking appropriate action as deemed necessary. This might include expulsion from CoolStuffCon Orlando without a refund. Our policy applies to all participants at the event, including exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, and staff.

WiFi will not be provided at the event.

If you encounter a situation where you become lost or separated, please seek out the nearest CoolStuffCon staff member. They will be more than willing to assist you.

We regret that we are unable to utilize the public address system to make announcements for fans or exhibitors. We recommend coordinating a prearranged meeting time and location with your companions.

Head to the Event Signup station inside the hall after you’ve picked up your badge to register for events at CoolStuffCon Orlando.

Vouchers are for event entry and grant access to those events with no charge. However, Constructed Pod Entry Vouchers do not include sealed or limited format events.

Constructed refers to Magic: The Gathering formats where you build your deck using your own collection of cards before the event.

Lost and Found is located at the Judge station. Please check there for any misplaced items.

To recover lost items after the event, contact CoolStuffInc Customer Support with a clear description of the missing items.

Look for the Looking For A Game sign next to the Creator Clash area to find other players and join games.

• Event personnel may approach you to provide assistance outside, at entry points, or within CoolStuffCon Orlando.
• Wearing your CommandFest badge is mandatory for CommandFest areas, but not for entry to CoolStuffCon. This applies to exhibitors, vendors, attendees, speakers, guests, artists, professionals, press, staff, and crew.
• Bag checks may be conducted at our events.

All CoolStuffCon Orlando attendees are kindly requested to:

• Keep personal belongings with you at all times and avoid leaving items unattended.
• Report any suspicious, unusual, or out-of-place observations to CoolStuffCon Orlando staff.
• Adhere to the instructions of CoolStuffCon Orlando staff at all times.
• On your last day attending CoolStuffCon Orlando, consider keeping your badge as a memento or disposing of it properly inside the venue or after returning home. Please avoid selling it to scalpers or discarding it in outdoor trash cans, as scalpers might exploit this opportunity.
• Carry an official form of photo identification, such as a passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID.

CoolStuffCon Orlando strictly prohibits the sale and purchase of counterfeit, knock-off, unlicensed, or bootleg materials. We are committed to upholding intellectual property rights. Violators of this policy may face confiscation of counterfeit items and/or removal from the event.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please leave your furry companions at home. CoolStuffCon Orlando only permits the presence of service animals

CoolStuffCon Orlando enforces a strict prohibition on hate symbols, including those incorporated into cosplay. Costumes that bear hate symbols or evoke the symbolism of hate groups, even in historical, satirical, or comic-related contexts, are not allowed at the event.

Pending approval by on-site staff, the following items may be permissible:

• Lightweight plastic and metal shields
• Lightweight plastic/PVC props
• Toy guns resembling real ones, yet non-functional and incapable of firing projectiles, with an orange tip on the barrel
• Prop bows, provided arrows possess soft foam or cardboard tips and the bow is de-strung. Our team will de-string bows if necessary.

Any of the above items considered unsafe by CoolStuffCon Orlando Staff will be denied entry.

Management reserves the right to exercise sole discretion on matters that may affect public safety or the event’s integrity.

Functional props or weapons are not permitted at CoolStuffCon Orlando. Simulated or costume weapons might be allowed, subject to prior staff approval. Bag checks will be conducted upon entry, and prop weapons will be tagged as needed.

Outside the hall, before you enter CoolStuffCon Orlando, our registration staff will be happy to assist you.

CoolStuffCon is a FREE event and does not require a badge.

All individuals aged 6 and above must secure a badge to have access to the Command Zone. Children under the age of 6 can accompany a paying adult badge holder at no additional cost.

We kindly request that you make your badge choices thoughtfully. Once acquired, CoolStuffCon Orlando badges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Furthermore, badges cannot be replicated or resold. Upgrade packages may be available on-site while supplies last.
